The above information is used to provide our services to you – to circulate information about the scrap materials we have sold should a recall notice be required, to raise invoices, to communicate regarding deliveries and collections.

All personal data we hold is stored on our database.

We rely on your consent to process the information above, which is collected at point of purchase or when we are setting up an agreement regarding donations, delivery or collection.

You currently have the right at any time to ask for a copy of the information about you that we hold. In addition to this right of access, you also have the following rights: erasure, rectification, restricted processing, objection and data portability.
Retention of your data
Your data will be retained for the period that our relationship is extant, and for a maximum of 6 years after last contact, for the purposes of our services that we offer. We will NOT at anytime forward your information to a third party marketing organisation, in a marketing capacity.
Withdrawal of consent
As you have provided us with your consent to process your data, for the purpose of using our services, you have the right to withdraw this at any time. In order to do so you should contact us by emailing admin@scrapstuff.co.uk. Please quote your full name and home/business address so may identify your records.
