Our volunteers must be friendly, able to work with the public, excited about the possibilities of scrap resources, a little bit creative, or maybe a lot!
Are you ready to make a difference, meet new people and have some fun? Here’s what we’re looking for:
In Store Support
Help us in the shop and with sorting donations on Thursdays and Saturdays. Ideally you’ll be with us regularly, at least once a week.
Play & Art Session Support
If you’re play-minded we’d love your help with our play and art sessions! This is a flexible opportunity and is not every week.
If either of these sounds like something you’re interested in, reach out—we’d love to hear from you! Email us for more details. hello@scrapstuff.co.uk

Not the roles for you?
We are still happy to hear from you if you would like to volunteer at Scrap.
We are always on the look out for people with previous experience of shop work, stock work or being able to drive a van. Perhaps you have delivered creative or playful workshops or are particularly crafty or a maker, and would like to work with the public. A willingness to learn and giving your time on a consistent and regular basis is equally valuable to us.
A weekly commitment of time between Wednesday and Saturday 10am – 4pm is ideal for volunteering roles at Scrap.
Contact us on hello@scrapstuff.co.uk for more information if you would like to explore volunteering with Scrap in the future.
